With 10 million people overcoming steep barriers to employment in our country, we understand we need to do more than drive change one enterprise at a time. Instead, we need to surface what works and share those practices for field-wide adoption.
That’s why we structure our grant portfolios around questions the field needs to know. Selected organizations receive grants and technical assistance to advance this learning. Over time, we codify and distribute these insights for the broader field.

Redefine Alliance brings together groups of ESEs and other inclusive employers in multi-year learning portfolios that explore important questions facing the field.
Through these portfolios, organizations receive funding while contributing to shared learning about what helps inclusive businesses grow, sustain their work, and improve outcomes for the people they employ.
