The Accelerator is a 6-month, non-residential, 100+ hour applied learning program designed to help leaders increase their business revenue and strengthen their social impact.

A series of portfolios designed to surface inclusive employment insights from businesses advancing best practices that can help the entire field.
Roberts Impact Investing Fund
Roberts Impact Investing Fund (RIIF) provides flexible capital and terms that help employment social enterprises to grow.
A certified nonprofit CDFI, RIIF offers a variety of loan products to suit diverse capital needs and leverages relationships with other lenders to help entrepreneurs build their capital stack so they may achieve larger growth and impact.

We gather ESE leaders from around the country to further their collaborative education, share wisdom with each other, and foster enduring relationships.
Redefine Alliance offers ongoing support to the inclusive employment field through convenings, affinity groups, and trainings and resources through our Workshop.

Government Partnerships & Policy
Redefine Alliance is a trusted broker in the national field — engaging with policymakers to invest in ESEs as a key to building a more inclusive economy, and managing programs that connect ESEs to federal offerings.
In the last five years, Redefine Alliance has helped to unlock over $550M in public sector dollars for the field. We coordinate a training program for ESEs across the country to become SNAP E&T partners, and our national RESET coalition boasts a membership at 70+ strong.

This summer program for socially-minded graduate business school students pairs a fellow with businesses in our national network, to complete real-world capacity-building projects.
