Neighbor to Neighbor (N2N) advances economic mobility for families experiencing generational poverty through connected education, employment, and housing pathways. Through its employment social enterprises (collectively known as Neighbor Enterprises) cleaning and lawn care businesses provide living-wage employment, skill development, barrier removal and economic advancement opportunities for people facing barriers to traditional work. This multi-approach model helps individuals and families build the stability, resources, relationships, and agency needed to shape their economic futures.
