Civic Works

Civic Works strengthens Baltimore’s communities through education, skills development, and community service. Its Center for Sustainable Careers (CSC) expands access to family-sustaining careers for Baltimore residents facing systemic inequity. CSC operates a clean energy social enterprise that helps customers lower their energy bills, along with a tiny home construction enterprise that expands access to affordable housing. Both create transitional employment opportunities for Baltimore residents.
