Learn if your leadership team and your enterprise are a match for our Accelerator.

Leadership Teams in the Accelerator:

    • Have strategic decision-making authority to implement changes in their employment social enterprise
    • Have been in their current roles for at least a year
    • Can commit to creating an implementation plan to take learnings back to their full team to strengthen their enterprise
    • Can commit to attending all sessions and engage in peer collaboration
    • Have capacity and willingness to complete curriculum assignments
    • Simultaneously can step away from day-to-day duties without closing the enterprise
    • Be an employee at the employment social enterprise business.
    • Have at least one member of the participating leadership team working as a full-time employee at the social enterprise business (i.e., working 30-40 hours per week)

 

Businesses in the Accelerator:

  • Can send two leadership team members who will commit to the full Attendance and Participation Policy.
  • Can estimate earning $100K-$2.5M in earned revenue this year via sales of goods or services
  • Have been employing people in one of our focus populations for at least one year
  • Pay hourly wages that meet or exceed local minimum wage standards
  • Currently employ at least five people
  • Have 1-2 people who can operate the enterprise without the leadership team members, if selected for the Accelerator
  • Can commit to providing two years of future organizational data to Redefine Alliance
  • Are based in the U.S. or U.S. territories
