We invite independent consultants and organizations interested in providing advisory services to employment social enterprises (ESEs) and other inclusive and supportive employers to join our Consultant Pool. You may be contacted for projects, pending availability and fit.

Consultant Pool Overview

The purpose of this RFI is to provide consistency and structure in how we source and engage with consultants.

Redefine Alliance is seeking U.S.-based consultants to enter our Consultant Pool (Pool). The Pool will serve as a source of qualified experts who may be contacted to provide advisory services to inclusive and supportive employers across the U.S. Redefine Alliance will conduct outreach to the Pool on an as-needed basis. Please note: Entering the Pool does not guarantee future solicitation or contracts with Redefine Alliance.

What areas of expertise are we looking for?

Program Development (e.g., logic model design, program evaluation, employee supports, employer engagement, etc.)
Business Planning (e.g., product/market fit, biz dev/sales, marketing and branding, pricing, growth strategy, etc.)
Finance, Accounting, & Administration (e.g., accounting, financial management, financial processes, and reporting)
Development (e.g., fundraising strategy, public funding opportunities, etc.)
Human Capital (e.g., executive coaching, HR, board development, leadership transitions, etc.)

Submission Requirements, Process, & Nature of Engagement

Interested consultants should submit the RFI to enter the Pool. You will be able to save your progress and return to the RFI. Please note: You must use the same device and web browser to access saved responses.
Redefine Alliance has different program teams with different mandates – and you will hear from one of our teams only if there is a fitting project.
When there is a fitting project, Redefine Alliance teams will reach out to consultants of interest to learn more about them and their work.
There is no guarantee to either the consultant or Redefine Alliance of future work after submitting this RFI.
