PTW’s ESE directly employs and empowers individuals overcoming justice involvement, homelessness, and long-term unemployment, providing them with paid work experience, industry-recognized certifications, and comprehensive support services. Our integrated model bridges the gap between untapped talent and employer demand in high-growth sectors such as construction, solar, logistics, and warehousing.PTW’s ESE partners with public agencies, private employers, and community organizations to deliver workforce staffing, pre- apprenticeship training, and certifications including OSHA, HAZWOPER, Forklift, and Food Handler. Every service purchased not only meets critical workforce needs but also reinvests revenue into expanding job opportunities for those most in need.
