Heritage Farm has been a cornerstone of Appalachian heritage, agriculture, and community for more than 50 years.

In 2026, they secured a $500,000 revenue-based financing investment from RIIF’s Appalachian Growth Fund to bring the Snow Oasis to life, the region’s first year-round indoor and outdoor snow park, bringing snow sports access to families who have always been priced out of mountain resorts four hours away. The loan will support Heritage Farm complete the outdoor slopes and open the doors, creating 30 jobs in the Huntington community and positioning Heritage as a year-round economic anchor in the heart of Appalachia.
