Greyston Bakery

Greyston Bakery operates a commercial bakery, supplying goods to Ben & Jerrys, Whole Foods, and others, while employing people who face barriers to work such as previous incarceration. Redefine Alliance supported the buildout of an evaluation framework for their expanded Open Hiring Program. Greyston in turn gave us insight into their corporate partnerships, allowing us to apply that learning to help other social enterprises strengthen their relationships with the business sector.
