Good Dirt Collective is a nonprofit social enterprise creating meaningful employment, mentorship, and opportunity for young women impacted by foster care. Through our Mud Girls program, participants earn a paycheck while gaining hands-on job experience, life skills, confidence, and a supportive community.Our participants learn every aspect of running a creative business, from making handcrafted pottery and home fragrance products to packaging, fulfillment, customer service, sales, and other business operations. Our home fragrance line includes candles, room sprays, reed diffusers, and hand soaps.More than a workplace, Good Dirt Collective provides a safe and purposeful environment where young women can build practical skills, develop healthy relationships, and work toward greater stability and independence.Revenue from the products our Mud Girls create helps support their wages and the program, allowing customers and wholesale partners to make a meaningful impact with every purchase. Through creativity, employment, mentorship, and community, Good Dirt Collective helps young women build skills and opportunities for a more hopeful future.
