Roberts Impact Investing Fund Donate

12 Live Staffing is bringing meaningful work to people across Appalachia by opening doors to remote insurance careers. Working with local community partners, 12 Live hires individuals overcoming barriers to employment and supports them over the long term — with training, licensing, and ongoing job placement.

With up to $350,000 in revenue-based financing from the Appalachian Growth Fund (AGF), in partnership with Invest Appalachia, 12 Live is expanding its reach — helping more people join training cohorts, earn wages during licensing, and get the tools they need to succeed. This support makes it possible for talented individuals to access quality jobs without leaving their communities.
