As vice president of strategy, Jeff Bergquist leads Redefine Alliance’s long-term programmatic vision, working closely with the executive team and program leads to align strategy, steward key partnerships, and engage Redefine Alliance’s board. Since joining Redefine Alliance as a Farber Fellow in 2014, Jeff has held multiple leadership roles. As senior director of program services, he launched Redefine Alliance’s Capacity Building and Data & Analytics teams, two critical functions that have expanded Redefine Alliance’s ability to serve employment social enterprises at scale.

Before Redefine Alliance, Jeff was a consultant at Bain & Company. He began his career as an eighth-grade math teacher through Teach For America. He holds a B.A. and MBA from Stanford University and a master’s in education from Arizona State University. A California native, Jeff now lives in New Haven with his wife and two children.
