Capacity Building Senior Manager Abigail Flis conducts operational and strategic technical assistance for Redefine Alliance’s portfolio of employment social enterprises. In this role, she combines her experience in the private sector with a passion for the power of employment to transform lives.

Before joining Redefine Alliance, Abigail worked at Goldman Sachs in their New York office on a team that launched the company’s Exchange-Traded Funds business, investment funds that trade on stock exchanges.

Abigail earned a BBA with emphases in finance and strategy from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. While at Michigan, Abigail volunteered with educational groups serving people with disabilities and assisting them with job training and placement. When she’s not working with Redefine Alliance social enterprises, you can find Abigail teaching fitness classes, hiking, or learning the guitar.
